I have a lot of problems of my own, and I know how painful and distressing life can get... But I think it's great that you're worried about your health and are seeking for help. Not many have the maturity and strength to admit having a problem and taking that initiative... If you live alone you should probably go visit your family or friends, surrounding yourself with people that love and care about you can be really encouraging. You'll get better soon, just stay strong :)
