That song was mostly an experiment to both mix a song as well as i could and do a genre that i'm not quite as familiar with. Its good to see that it wasn't a complete failure :D
Back-From-Purgatory
Experimentation is the fastest way to get better, hiding in your comfort zone all the time is extremely counter-productive. That's part of the reason I've got songs spanning a multitude of genres, because experience and knowledge in one can, and will, inevitably bring influence to something I'm more familiar with, and more often than not, in a good way.
And it was quite the opposite of a complete failure, for being an experiment, I think it turned out pretty damn good.
