I have reformatted this machine so many times, and you are right; you don't ever get EVERYTHING.
Some memories that I'm sure I've since forgotten about without the pictures.
Some project files that I wish I had.

It's heartbreaking... it really is... Even more so because I'm almost positive I've probably lost a lot more and don't even realize it.
So, kids, learned your lesson: back up your data or it won't back you up!
Hey, I dragged the entire project folder over when I was backing it up, I know that project file was in there before I reformatted... for whatever reason, my computer decided to skip over a couple project files.
...In the end, screwing me over... damn technology.
Just make new music with me
I certainly wouldn't mind doing a collab with you at some point, would love to see what comes out of that!

I'm not sure losing my project files is something you'd usually congratulate... but thanks I guess?

Well, if I really want it to be on my album... I'll have to remake it... We'll see though, I'm still working out what of my old stuff will or won't be on the album... Although I do have more or less an idea of how I'm gonna split up the genres at least.
But I won't be giving any numbers, because it could change before I release it.
Well you can at least download it from the listen page on newgrounds. Sucks that you can't get any other versions back, though.
At least the updated version, yeah... but the version the person wanted I don't have up here anymore... Which in hindsight was a stupid decision to overwrite it.

Oh wow that's gotta suck.
I remember when I was downloading some stuff on my laptop, I went away to fill my mug and when I came back I tripped on my charging cable And managed to slammed my big heavy glass mug down with enough force on right where the hard drive was and shattered the disc platters,
Which made A interesting sound when the disc shards jammed the motor at 5600RPM and the liquid from my glass mug spilling onto the motherboard causing the entire system to short circuit effective rendering the laptop into a paper weight.
You can try A data recovery tool like recuva ( <a href="http://www.piriform.com/recuva">http://www.piriform.com/recuva</a> ) and see If your able to restore least one of your projects or other stuff you lost.

I've tried using data recovery tools before, but honestly, they've never worked for me. They rather can't get the file back because it's in a folder it can't access, or it gets the file back, but it's corrupted.
I might give it a try anyways... would certainly save me having to remake the entire song. Thanks for the suggestion.. I use piriform's CCleaner, works pretty well, I'll give Recuva a try.
